I was thinking of adding some options to my plug-in that is specific to the user, not the entire site, but haven't yet found a way to add to the user options page (which seems like the most appropriate place to put it).

I supposed I could add a section for user specific settings on the Plug-in configuration page, but I am assuming that not all users can access that.
