I'm sure it is too late in the process to add it now, but let me throw a feature request out there.

It would be nice if FB offered a notification to users when an update to an installed plugin becomes available on the plugin download page.

It will do this at launch.  The code is there just waiting to be released :)

I should add that currently it's non-intrusive, and only shows up if the user visits the Plugins page.  We did this to avoid spamming users with minor bug fixes to plugins.

I wouldn't want it any other way.

BTW: Did you guys just release the PlugIn download site to the beta users? I've noticed a small flurry of e-mails with support questions/feature-requests about my plugin starting yesterday.

We released FogBugz 7.0 today, which has a more prominent link to the Plugin Gallery, but that wouldn't have caused the spike yesterday.  Maybe you're spreading virally :)
